Bilingual EN/FR Temporary frontdesk receptionist for a replacement until December 2025 (40% Tuesday + Friday)

Pomme d’Happy is a corporate childcare center based in Lausanne. Our goal is to offer employees and members of the community high quality care for their children.
We are looking for a flexible, communicative and committed person to make a replacement until December 2025 with availabilities on Tuesdays and Fridays (40%).

The position:
• Visitors’ signing in and security procedures
• Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with professionalism and in a timely manner
• Creation and follow up of client’s files, contracts and requests
• Liaising with other departments within the organization regarding data collection, new entries and updates in the central ERP system
• Writing emails, presentations and other documents
• Website content management
• Providing administrative support to the management
Schedule and workplace:
Shifts are based on the childcare opening hours :
Tuesday 10:30 AM – 07:00 PM
Friday 07:30 AM – 04:00 PM and 10:30 AM – 07:00 PM (switching each week)

The ideal candidate will have:
• High level of flexibility
• Customer orientation and excellent communication skills
• Excellent bilingual writing, editing and presentation skills
• Proficiency in information technology (MS Office, website updating, database maintenance)
• Meticulous attention to details and commitment to high-quality work standards
• Strong organizational skills coupled with ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate to solve problems
